Return Policy

At Oliver & Amelia London, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you may wish to return a product. This policy clearly explains the conditions and process for returns.

Conditions for Returns

  • A return request may only be made after you have physically received the item.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on items is permitted; however, items must not show signs of wear.

  • Products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  • Notify us of your return request by email at info@oliverenamelialondon.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier, which is located in China.

  • The item must be returned at your own expense, including any shipping, customs, or handling charges.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments if tracking confirms delivery to the provided return address.

  • If an incorrect address is provided by the customer, any resulting issues are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
